At Dunlap United Methodist Church, we believe that God would have us gather to joyfully share our lives and stories, as well as our joys and sorrows. We strongly desire that those who enter our doors feel "at home." We hope to seek out those who may feel outside the circle of God's love and invite them to come in. 

We seek to offer a worship experience that is creative, inspiring and engaging for those of all ages. We hope to have an atmosphere of gratitude and celebration in all things. Together we will grow in our faith as testimonies are shared, and opportunities offered for people to grow in faith and practice as followers of Jesus. 

Our gathering together will be a springboard for us to offer God's help to our community and the world. We envision people being drawn by the love and message of Jesus to become baptized and embraced as fellow travelers on this faith journey. We also believe in "serving people in the Spirit of Christ" who have need of practical help in life. 

In summary, we believe God would have us be a spiritual "home" for people where they can find hope and healing through small group ministry, prayer, and practical help when the circumstances of life have left them in need of care.
